Absolutely Edibles Real Food Fusion and Wine Bar provides quality dining at an affordable price. Absolutely Edibles focuses on being a neighbourhood business where customers can enjoy their eating experience in a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. They also take pride in being "green" – composting all of their fruit and vegetable waste, recycling all their cardboard, and using only biodegrable paper products. The Real Food Fusion Restaurant serves only organic beef as well as fresh vegetables from the garden in the summer.
Absolutely Edibles, located at 9567A – 118 Avenue, is owned and operated by Brenda Dutton and Bjorn Cochrane. They started out in the catering business in 1999 and soon added a small restaurant. They moved to their current location in 2005 and opened it up as a full-size restaurant in May 2011, while still maintaining their full service catering business. Brenda stated that they enjoy being on the Avenue and appreciate the support they have received from local residents.

Our 2012 Marketing Program is off to a good start…….
Our program this year is our most comprehensive yet. We want 118th Avenue to be a “vibrant commercial strip” and experts are clear that it needs to be supported by more than the local community. The focus of this marketing campaign is to draw Edmontonians at large to come and experience all the Avenue has to offer. Local residents are already becoming increasingly aware of this, even though the perception of the area has greatly changed, it still suffers to some degree from its old reputation. The campaign features a broad range of advertising capitalizing on the great events that take place in the area.
